We are an IT venture company that continues to create new businesses using the latest technology. Our business areas include career education for students, job hunting support for new graduates, corporate recruitment support, web media management, app development and consulting. In the past year and a half, the company has launched and managed 15 new businesses, which are diverse in content, but the one thing that has remained constant is that they are useful to society. 仕事内容・キャリアパス

General design work for new businesses and services, with a focus on interaction design, to
find and solve the essential problems of users and to solve industry issues through
digitalization.
Specifically:
● UX research
● The overall design of the user experience for the new product
● Creation of interactive prototypes to validate hypotheses
● Interaction design of the product
● Communicate with account managers and engineers and participate in decision
making
● Installation of design thinking to internal and external stakeholders

応募条件	【必須条件】 ● A broad range of design skills, from wholistic experience design to UI and graphic design ● Experience in working with business managers and PMs on new launches from the initial service phase ● 3+ years of experience in interaction design or equivalent experience. ● Expertise with UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tooling. ● Conversational-level Japanese language ability. ● Conversational-level English language ability. ● Have an understanding of or willingness to absorb required knowledge specific to the business domain ● Capable of taking ownership and be able to tackle work on your own initiative. ● Flexible and open to change and ambiguity. ● Capable of working in close collaboration with others and working at a high level of efficiency. ● Capable of having flat discussions with both business and engineering. ● A process-driven portfolio that demonstrates the experience requested here. ● For those in Japan, you must have a working visa valid for more than six months. 【歓迎用件】 ● Business-level Japanese language ability. ● Experience in BtoB SaaS and business applications design ● An understanding of design guidelines such as Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design. ● Practical experience of OOUI/OOUX.
