Some users (Foreign company in Japan) need English assistance, so we need to recruit the coordinator to support such users.

> Overall in charge of the service relationship with and primary contact
point for the international partner.
> Interface with the international partner for all matters related to general
business partnership, contracts, audits, standard documentation, partner
processes and procedures, service

Requirement
【MUST】
- Business level fluency in English and intermediate skills in Japanese.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in managing international clients (preferably
in the business process outsourcing industry or any other business in the
services sector).
- Ability to interact and collaborate with local team members in Japanese
and international clients/partners in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyse issues and derive solutions.

- Service delivery management/coordination experience in any industry.
