We are an IT venture company that continues to create new businesses using the latest technology. Our business areas include career education for students, job hunting support for new graduates, corporate recruitment support, web media management, app development and consulting. In the past year and a half, the company has launched and managed 15 new businesses, which are diverse in content, but the one thing that has remained constant is that they are useful to society. Our goal is to increase the economic power and value of Japan by creating businesses based on this philosophy.

At Scoville, we focus on creating and improving new products in the field of human resources. We're always trying to find better solutions to help students find their dream job and help companies find the best candidate. Currently we are looking to expand our Design team to helps create products that will shape the market. For this purpose we are hiring an experienced Interaction Designer to design new and exciting features that improve the user’s experience.
We're looking for people who share our aptitude for work to help us develop smart and well designed applications for our clients.

What You Will Do
● Immerse in the product’s life cycle
○ Analyze strategic service design from beginning to end of the product and
meet the needs of users across a variety of channels.
○ Translate insights from research and analytics into concepts that form
features, and new products. Additionally design detailed workflows and
required interactions.

● Collaborate with various SMEs (product management, engineering, research, visual
designer)
○ Work collaboratively within a group, gather feedback and ensure that
discussion points receive proper follow through.
○ Help team members to manage and visualize outcomes, prioritize work, and
design for the required scope.

● Implement strategic thinking to our products and projects
○ Apply strategic thinking on how to provide the best service for the end-user.
○ Help identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use,
including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
○ Evaluate the current strategies to ensure business requirements are being
met and exceeded where possible.

● Interaction and visual design
○ Develop information architecture, user journeys, and storyboards to validate the
user and business needs to achieve detailed workflows and interactions.
○ Design systems for use across various services and identify the simplest
approach out of a variety of approaches. Contribute to the product's design
styles or style guides.
