【HIGH PAID】EXPERIENCED PAYROLL COORDINATOR BASED IN TOKYO
We are looking for payroll coordinator who can make use of his/her experience to handle international customers and coordinate the payroll system delivered to them.
English business level is a must to work with customers and intermediate level in Japanese is also necessary as you need to communicate with the local team.
We highly appreciate candidates with strong leadership, communication skill as well as the ability in team-working.

Based in Tokyo, Japan, we provide BPO service (Business Process Outsourcing) which is made-to-order, each package is customized to fit the needs and wants of our customers (users) as best as we can.

Our company's function is to do after-customer-support for Payroll ERP users in Japan.
Some users (Foreign company in Japan) need English assistance, so we need to recruit the coordinator to support such users.

| 応募条件 | 【MUST】 - Business level fluency in English and intermediate skills in Japanese. - 5 to 6 years of experience in managing international clients (preferably in the business process outsourcing industry or any other business in the services sector). - Ability to interact and collaborate with local team members in Japanese and international clients/partners in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to analyse issues and derive solutions. 【WANT】 - Service delivery management/coordination experience in any industry. |
