There are many different types of jobs called IT engineers.

System Engineer (SE), Programmer (PG), Bridge System Engineer (BrSE)].

System development proceeds through the flow of requirement definition, design, manufacturing, and testing. Requirement definition → manufacturing is called the upstream process and manufacturing → testing is called the downstream process.

Systems Engineer (SE) The System Engineer (SE) is responsible for the upstream process from listening to the customer's requests and designing the entire system to creating the design documents.

You will need to have documentation skills and development knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate with customers.

Programmer (PG) is a job that performs programming based on specifications created by a systems engineer.

You will be responsible for midstream to downstream system development.

The most common career path is to aim for management.

You start as a programmer and work your way up to system engineer -> project leader -> project manager.

Also, if you love programming, you can become a specialist. Since programming is a specialized field of study, many people go independent because they can find a job at hand.

We are also looking for a Bridge Systems Engineer (BrSE) if you have language and communication skills. If the upstream process is done in Japan and the downstream process is left to Vietnam, it is the job of the BrSE to communicate and manage the process to Vietnam and report to Japan. Understanding of Vietnamese and Japanese language and culture of both countries is required, as well as development experience and understanding of systems in general.
