Global big company taht manufacture and sale connectors. Based in Kanagawa, no Japanese is required, the company is looking for English speakers with high analytical skill.

Career Path

1. Own Demand Forecast for assigned products, responsible for generating and driving the Global Unconstrained Demand Forecast, incorporating with Business Projection coming from Product Managements, Sales as well as your own POS analysis using PSI logic.
2. Collaborate with internal/external customers to provide most educated and trustworthy long term (12 – 24months) forecast to Supply Team with Value Creation/Profitability and
Forecast Accuracy in mind.
3. Explain managements and internal customers where the Forecast gaps are coming from when fluctuate. Monitor sales activities and adjust forecast accordingly to minimize excess inventory (Finish Goods and raw material both).
4. Working closely with Supply Planning Team, understand where the shortfall in supply is against our forecast, make sure necessary actions are identified and are taken in advance to accommodate our future demand.
